Only an ID card is required to reserve one or more safes. Outdoor parking is available in front of our fully monitored building. For greater discretion, private parking is available by appointment with or without a security escort.

The vault is installed in a fully reinforced and secure building. Entry is controlled by monitored intercom. Access to the reception area is equipped with facial recognition. The vault is protected by a certified strong door with time-lock management, fully monitored and compliant with the latest seismic vibration standards. Standard insert 3.
Security Partner
Octopus Security Belgium manages the opening and closing of the site. It ensures surveillance using advanced technologies (video, motion detection, micro-seismic monitoring, panic button, door contacts, access control, intercom, etc.). Communication via intercom can be established at any time, and the police are alerted. Response time is under 5 minutes.
Insurance
You can choose to insure your high-value items through your own insurance or Optimum Plus insurance with Gold & Silver Company, representing 0.45% of the total value, allowing greater discretion.
Prices
Unlike traditional bank safe deposit rentals, you do not need to open a bank account. Any safe rental contract in our premises is completed anonymously. All our offers are available to both individuals and professionals.

Prices
To rent a safe, simply make an appointment or fill out the contact form and follow the process.
During the appointment, your safe will be opened after selecting the size, presenting a valid ID or passport, and signing the rental agreement. You will receive your key and access card immediately. After the appointment, you can access your safe and set your personal code securely.

Each tenant can choose to insure the contents of their safe at their discretion. You can either insure independently with an external provider or use Gold & Silver Company’s Optimum Plus program for 0.45% of the stored value.

During these hours, you can access your safe without an appointment using your access card, key, and code.
Only a valid ID card or passport is needed for registration.
You can freely designate a person (over 18) to access your safe. You may change the proxy at any time.
Yes, anyone can rent a safe regardless of nationality and at no extra cost.
Rentals are payable in advance for one year or more. Payment can be made on-site in cash or by bank transfer. If paying by transfer, access to your safe and key is granted once the funds are received.
Yes, a company’s valuables can be protected using a safe.
No bank account is opened. The concept is to rent a safe outside the banking system to protect your valuables.
If you are not Belgian, no report is made to your country. Your safe remains anonymous.
If you are Belgian, the law requires a declaration to the succession registry. This is only a formality to protect your heirs.
You will receive a renewal invitation one month prior. You can renew remotely via email and bank transfer or by appointment with our staff.
Only you and any designated proxy know the contents.
A private cabin shielded from cameras is available within the vault for confidentiality.
Opening a Gold & Silver Company safe takes approximately 20–30 minutes to complete all formalities and access your safe.
You can terminate your rental by sending a registered letter with ten days’ notice. Any year started is due.
